How we picked them
We looked at education-focused consultancies, meaning the ones that start with your course, college and profile rather than just paperwork. We weighed Canada experience, whether they have offices you can actually visit, how clearly they explain their services, and whether they avoid “guaranteed visa” promises. Some agencies came with more evidence than others, so read each entry as a starting point for your own checks.

Education consultant or immigration consultant: what’s the difference?
Students mix these up all the time, so here’s the simple version.
An education consultant helps with the study side of things: picking a course and college, preparing your application, SOP and documents, and planning your funds. An immigration representative (in Canada, a licensed RCIC or a lawyer) is legally authorized to give immigration advice and represent you to IRCC for a fee.
Both can be legitimate, but they do different jobs. For a student, the thing that helps most is a strong, honest application: a course that fits your background, a believable study plan and clear finances. That starts with good education counselling, which is why we focused this list on it.
Whoever helps you, ask one question up front: “Who exactly will file my study permit, and are they authorized to do it?” You’re also allowed to apply yourself directly through IRCC.
How to choose your agency
- Ask for the full fee breakdown in writing. Find out what’s refundable and what isn’t.
- Never trust a visa guarantee. Only IRCC decides.
- Visit the office. Talk to a real counsellor, and ask for recent student references.
- Check your college. It must be a Designated Learning Institution, and your Letter of Acceptance has to be genuine.
- Ask what’s changed recently. Rules like provincial attestation letters and funds requirements keep shifting, and a good agency will point you to current IRCC pages.
- Be wary of rush. Anyone pushing you to pay today is a red flag.
Final word
Talk to two or three consultancies before you decide, and compare what they actually tell you. If you want local counselling backed by a Toronto team, start with Graduate Track Consultancy.
This list reflects our own criteria and publicly available information. Please verify details directly with each agency.
Which is the best Canada student visa agency in Bangladesh?
It depends on your profile and budget. Look for a consultancy with real Canada experience, clear pricing and recognised certifications. Graduate Track Consultancy, with offices in Dhaka, Sylhet and Toronto, tops our list.
Do I need an agency to study in Canada?
No. You can apply directly, but many students want help with admissions, documents and funds planning.
What documents do I usually need?
A Letter of Acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution, a valid passport, proof of funds, English test results where required, biometrics and, for most applicants, a provincial attestation letter. Always check IRCC for the current list.
How much do consultants charge in Bangladesh?
It varies a lot. Some advertise free counselling, others charge service fees. Get it all in writing first.
